Fundamentals of Health: In this course, students will explore a wide range of topics, including personal health (nutrition; mental health and stress management; drug/alcohol abuse prevention; disease prevention; and first aid) and consumer health issues. Students will also examine brief studies of environmental health, personal development, and community resources. As an honors level course, content will be covered at an accelerated pace. Students will study topics at a deeper level and will be expected to complete more independent coursework and assignments.
